Shipping - India
- The orders are usually delivered within 2-10 business days depending on the address. Sundays and national holidays are not counted as business days. Delivery can take longer in certain unforeseen situations like lockdowns, natural disasters, etc.
- Most of the products are ready to ship and are dispatched within 2 business days after the order is placed. In case of bulk orders, the dispatch and delivery time will depend on the volume and nature of the order and will be communicated to you.
- We offer Free Shipping on all prepaid orders and charge INR 30 for COD orders.
- Once the order is dispatched, customer will be notified about the order status and tracking link on SMS and email from time to time till the order is delivered.
- In case of return/exchange, our delivery partners will pick the order from your place within 1-3 business days after the return/exchange order is placed.
- If we are unable to ship to certain pin codes due to logistical issues or temporary disruptions, we will cancel the order and issue a refund, and the customer will be informed.
Shipping - International
- International orders are shipped from India and usually take 7 - 15 days for delivery.
- Unforeseen circumstances can lead to delay in delivery and we do not guarantee the timeline mentioned above.
- If the order cannot be delivered for any reason, we issue a refund to the original payment source.
- Import duties or any other extra charges for delivery are NOT to be paid by the customer. If any such requests are made to the customer by the local delivery service, they can inform us on email / whatsapp, and we will reimburse the extra charges.
