About our bags

What are Strokes bags made of?

Every Strokes bag is made from vegan leather – no animal hide is used – with a soft polyester lining inside. We are a cruelty-free brand.

Where are your bags made?

All our bags are designed and handcrafted in India.

Which bags fit a laptop?

Most of our tote bags and work bags have a dedicated laptop slot. Choose by your laptop size:

Do you have a bag I can carry as a backpack?

Yes. Our Convertible Work Bags switch between a handbag, a backpack and a tote (or crossbody, on the compact version) using detachable straps. They come in two sizes: for laptops up to 15.6" and up to 14".

Which bags have a bottle holder and a luggage sleeve?

The Valeria, Verona, Amira, Maison Élan, Grande and Oversized Totes and both Convertible Work Bags have a bottle holder and a luggage sleeve that slides over your trolley handle when you travel. The Aurea Tote has a luggage sleeve.

Which is the best Strokes bag for office?

For work, most customers choose a laptop tote or a convertible work bag. If you carry a laptop every day, start with the size of your laptop (see above). If you commute on two-wheelers or public transport, the Convertible Work Bag can be worn as a backpack. If you carry a lot, try the Oversized or Grande Tote.

Orders, shipping and payment

How long does delivery take in India?

Most products are ready to ship and are dispatched within 2 business days. Orders are usually delivered within 2–10 business days, depending on your address. Sundays and national holidays are not counted as business days, and delivery can take longer in unforeseen situations.

Is shipping free?

Yes – shipping is free on all prepaid orders within India. Cash on Delivery orders have a charge of ₹30.

Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

Yes, Cash on Delivery is available, with a ₹30 COD charge.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched, we send you the order status and a tracking link by SMS and email until it is delivered.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. International orders are shipped from India and usually take 7–15 days to arrive (this timeline can't be guaranteed). You do not have to pay any import duties or extra delivery charges – if a local delivery service asks for them, tell us on email or WhatsApp and we will reimburse them.

What if you can't deliver to my pin code?

If we are unable to ship to a pin code because of logistical issues or temporary disruptions, we will cancel the order, refund you and let you know.

Returns and refunds

What is your return policy?

For orders in India: if you don't like the product, we take it back – no questions asked. You can request a return within 14 days of delivery by messaging us on WhatsApp with your order number, or by logging in to your account and placing a return request in the "Orders" section. Our delivery partner will pick up the bag from your address within 1–3 business days of the return request.

How long does a refund take?

Prepaid orders: the amount is refunded to your original payment method. We start the refund within 1–2 business days, and it can take about 10 business days to show in your account.
Cash on Delivery orders: we will ask for your bank account details and credit the amount within 10 business days.

Can international orders be returned?

We do not accept returns or exchanges on international orders once they are delivered. If we are unable to deliver your order, we refund it to your original payment method (this can take up to 10 days to reflect).

Gifting and bulk orders

Can I order bags as gifts or in bulk?

Yes. Browse our gifts for her, or see corporate gifting for bulk orders. For bulk orders, dispatch and delivery times depend on the volume and nature of the order and will be shared with you.
